  2016 — Founding in Casablanca

From the beginning, our mission was​ clear: bridge Moroccan and U.S. accounting standards to support local businesses in scaling globally.

2017–2023 — Building dual expertise ​

Development of deep expertise in CGNC and U.S. GAAP, supporting clients with accounting, compliance, and cross-border structuring.

2024 — Expansion to Tangier

Opening of a second office to support growing demand for cross-border compliance and international structuring.
